Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Fluency Master website ("Website") and enrolling in our online English classes ("Courses"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and English Today USA ("Company") governing your use of the Website and participation in the Courses.
Subscription and Payment
1.1 Fluency Master is a monthly subscription that grants Users access to online materials, videos, activities, and live classes ("Subscription Benefits").
1.2 The subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled by the User. Users may cancel their subscription at any time by visiting https://learn.englishtodayusa.com/account/billing.
If the cancellation is made before the subscription expires, Users will retain access to the Courses until the subscription end date, but the subscription will not renew. If the subscription renews inadvertently due to the User's failure to cancel, the User has 48 hours to request a refund by contacting English Today USA at [email protected]. After 48 hours, refund requests will not be eligible.
1.3 Except as expressly stated in this Section, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. First-time subscribers are eligible for a refund only under the Improvement Guarantee.
The Improvement Guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers of eligible Fluency Master subscriptions. To qualify, the User must complete all required lessons, activities, assignments, and course materials for Ultimate English Boost Part 1.
Completion may be verified through English Today USA’s course platform records, submitted work, activity logs, timestamps, and any other reasonable evidence requested by English Today USA. If the User’s activity records, timestamps, submitted work, or other course records indicate that the User did not genuinely complete the required activities for Ultimate English Boost Part 1, the User will not be eligible for a refund under the Improvement Guarantee.
If, after genuinely completing Ultimate English Boost Part 1, the User believes their English has not improved, the User may request a refund by contacting English Today USA at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +1 872 365 3276 within 14 days after completing Part 1. The refund applies only to the User’s most recent eligible Fluency Master subscription payment.
Users who do not begin the course, do not complete Ultimate English Boost Part 1, do not genuinely complete the required activities, do not provide requested proof of completion, or request a refund for reasons unrelated to the Improvement Guarantee are not eligible for a refund.
Subscriptions with private classes, payments made via Western Union, Ria, MoneyGram, bank transfer, and similar methods, and Fluency Master Lite or Fluency Master Lite Plus subscriptions are not eligible for this guarantee or any refund under any circumstances.
Live Classes
2.1 Each month of the subscription entitles the User to the number of live classes stated on the respective landing page. They are delivered via Zoom.
2.2 The live classes must be utilized within the subscription period. If a User signs up or renews on a specific date, their live classes will expire on the same day of the following month. Unused live classes do not carry over to the next month.
2.3 Cancellation and Absence Policy: Users must cancel or reschedule any live class prior to the class's scheduled start time to avoid forfeiture of the class. For private classes, the user must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the class's scheduled start time. In instances where the User fails to cancel or reschedule in the allotted time, or does not attend a scheduled class, the User will forfeit the class. Each forfeited class will be deducted from the User's remaining balance of classes.
Pricing and Payments
3.1 Prices listed on the Website are displayed in multiple currencies for estimation purposes only. The final charge will be made in US Dollars, and the US Dollar exchange rate will determine the amount charged to the User's account. Please refer to the most up-to-date currency conversions to determine the price in your currency.
3.2 Users may be subject to additional charges imposed by their banks or financial institutions. English Today USA is not responsible for any such charges.
Intellectual Property
4.1 All course materials provided are the intellectual property of English Today USA and are protected by copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the course materials without written permission from English Today USA.
WhatsApp and Telegram Group
5.1 As part of the course, Users may have the opportunity to join a WhatsApp and Telegram group chat with other students. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, whether in the group chat or in private chats arising from the group chat, may result in the User's removal from the group chat without reimbursement.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
6.1 English Today USA is located in Florida, United States. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Thinkific's Terms and Conditions
7.1 The Fluency Master website is hosted on the Thinkific platform, and Users are subject to Thinkific's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
Miscellaneous
8.1 English Today USA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes to the Terms.
8.2 English Today USA is committed to protecting the privacy and security of User data. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://englishtodayusa.com/privacy/.
8.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and English Today USA regarding the Fluency Master Website and Courses, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
8.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8.5 The failure of English Today USA to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Language of Authority
9.1 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and Conditions, any other related documents, and any translations thereof, the English version shall prevail and have final authority.
9.2 Translations of the Terms and Conditions and other materials provided on the Fluency Master Website are offered as a courtesy for convenience. However, in the event of any disputes, the English version of the Terms and Conditions shall be the governing version and used for interpretation and resolution.
By accessing the Fluency Master Website and enrolling in the Courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 سياسة الإلغاء والغياب: يجب على المستخدمين إلغاء أو إعادة جدولة أي حصة مباشرة قبل وقت بدايتها المحدد لتجنب فقدان الحصة. بالنسبة للحصص الخاصة، يجب على المستخدم إلغاء الحصة أو إعادة جدولتها قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من وقت بدايتها المحدد. في حال لم يقم المستخدم بالإلغاء أو إعادة الجدولة خلال الوقت المحدد، أو لم يحضر الحصة المجدولة، فسيخسر المستخدم الحصة. وسيتم خصم كل حصة يتم فقدانها من الرصيد المتبقي للمستخدم من الحصص.
الأسعار والمدفوعات
